Payment and delivery

We deliver to any point in Bulgaria and the EU countries. Each order is carefully packed, so please allow 1-2 business days for processing, packaging and delivery of your order.

For Bulgaria, shipments are sent via the courier company Econt and Speedy couriers

Each shipment is sent with an option for inspection and testing.

Payment

The user can pay for the ordered goods in the following ways:

1. By cash on delivery (upon receipt of the goods) - The customer pays the entire amount due / price, courier transport upon receipt of the order.

2. By bank transfer via the PayPal system, made before the delivery of the goods. With this payment method, the Seller will deliver the goods only after receiving the payment due in his bank account.

3.Orders over 30 BGN are with free delivery for Bulgaria only

Cancellation of an order

According to Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, a Consumer has the right to cancel the order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. In this case, the Consumer must notify the Seller in writing that he will exercise his right of cancellation and undertakes the following obligations:

1. To return the goods at his own expense

2. The original packaging of the goods provided by the Seller must not be opened or damaged or the goods must not have been used.

3. All transport and other costs for returning the goods are entirely at the expense of the Consumer.
