The Customer has the right to cancel the order (withdraw from the concluded online sales contract) within 14 days of the date the order was placed.
Returning the goods constitutes an exercise of the Customer's right to withdraw from the concluded online sales contract.
Conditions for exercising the Customer's right of withdrawal from the online sales contract:
- The withdrawal must be made within 14 (fourteen) days of the day of delivery of the goods.
- The Customer must inform the Company of their intention to withdraw from the contract by returning the purchased goods and declaring their decision in writing.
To do so, the Customer should use the withdrawal link provided in the order confirmation email or on the order information page within the aforementioned timeframe.
- The goods must be returned to the Company in the same condition in which they were delivered to the Customer or to a person designated by the Customer; the Customer is responsible for returning the goods in said condition.
Goods returned within the specified period will be accepted only if the following conditions are met simultaneously:
the goods are in their original packaging;
the goods have not been used, soiled, or had their appearance compromised;
the delivery note accompanying the goods is included;
- The costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the Customer, in accordance with Art. 47, para. 1, item 9 of the Consumer Protection Act; Exception: The Customer shall not bear the return costs in cases where patent defects in the goods are identified and confirmed by the Company.
- Refunds shall be processed within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the Goods at the Company's address.
The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the Customer at the moment the Customer—or a third party designated by the Customer (the recipient of the goods), other than the courier—takes possession of the goods.
The online store reserves the right to refuse returns requested or dispatched outside the specified timeframe, or returns of products that are not in the condition in which they were received.
For matters not covered by these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the legislation in force in the Republic of Bulgaria, including the Consumer Protection Act, shall apply.
